This was an inspiring event over the weekend with about 300 individuals gathered to labor through sun salutations for hours to come... all for the sake of peace. Individuals of all ages, sizes, and states were coming together for something greater then themselves ...no matter what you practice or believe it's truly inspiring to see so many people come together to just flow through the movement. I think its so captivating and beautiful that a set of movements done by more then 100+ individuals can make such a large impact when done together. Makes you think what else can be done together and how large of an effect it can have on the world.
